Flash vs. Namor (Under water/In the Ocean)

Flash has tech that allows him to stay under water as long as he wants...

Who wins......

So...it's basically Flash able to move as fast as he normally does...just underwater?

Cuz if that's so, then Flash wins.

Flash wins...with the speed that his hands and legs move, he could also swim faster then Namor...hasn't Flash also ran in space? I think that speed force lets him move as fast as he wants anywhere.
