I have two hundred dollars. Im broke with no job. What is the best way to invest my money to make more. Im tired of working a stiff job.

ive been thinking about purchasing wholesale products and re-selling it on eBay, but i cant get any good deals.

Stocks has also aroused my interest. Its very risky. I could invest two hundred dollars and in a second make twice that, or loose it.

Is there any other money making possibilities people are aware of.

Thanks for responses.

I don't think shares and bonds and the like perform quite like that. Yes, you can double your money, but it's not a snap thing, at least it's not with the shares I have. Still, if you want to have a go, and don't have a large lot of investment capital, research it first. And keep researching - look for trends, current, up and coming - at the simplest level, if you want quick cash you need to get in on something that's going to the next big thing within the very near future. But it's very hard to do. And not always a quick thing.

Of course there are lots of potentials ways to make money, here are some-

spend it on a new suit for interviews, then get another job.

Become part of a syndicate who own a horse, dog, camel that wins races.

Go into business with someone

Buy real estate then either a. renovate it and sell it for a profit, or b. rent it out.

Start your own business

Start a cottage industry

Buy lots of lottery tickets

Go to deceased estate auctions, by valuable items cheap, then sell for a profit to interested groups (antique dealers, ebay, collectors)

Become an investor to a new business.

Invent something and get it's patent, so that business that wants it will either have to buy the patent from you, or pay you to allow them to use it.

Write a book, song or something - innitial payment (if it looks good) plus royalities - but do most of the work yourself, if you let a record label, manager take over, your money will go to them for a long time before you begin to turn anything approaching a profit.

Problem though with most of them is the simple business principle - you need money in order to make money. My best advice - get another job, save, and if you want to invest make significant investments with the help of a qualified stockbroker.

That, and stay away from illegal avenues of making money.

1 - You and a number of people buy a race horse, pooled money cares for it, trains it etc. Then it goes in races, if it wins you get a slice of the pie, the winnings and prize, proportionate to you contribution.

2. Investing in a business - basically you become a financial backer to someone starting out, you give them money to help them establish themselves, and then you either a. own a share of the business and draw profit from that or b. the business pays back your contribution with interest. A is the best option if the business looks like it might go places, though it might mean you have to play an active part in it's management, once again depending on the % of the business you own. And I don't know, it really depends on location and the like, there is no global database of businesses looking for backers.

Some other money making ideas which require less cash -

Become an entrepreneur

Begin volunteering for medical research, social studies, psychological studies etc - many large collages/universities have them. They pay you for you time and you do things like record you dreams, take placebos and the like. Just stay away from anything German that does things like testing fear and emotional stress. heheh

weeds a b.itch, first i got to get the seeds. then i got to go through all these crazy conditions to grow it and even make it worth wile(despite the fact its in the middle of winter. So i got to do it inside.) Hide it from my folks, then i got to advertise it and get the word out.
In the end i wont even make that much from that one plant.

its hectic and not worth it. As tempting as the money is.

The two core problems are growing it and advertising it without getting caught.

This would **** my future up.

No matter how desperate for money, and how easy of whatever it looks, drugs, and drug peddling are never worth it.

Pleased to see you'll be staying away from that path.

I guess maybe just get a job and keep it for like 40 years.

Sounds like a lot of work but at the end you'll have yourself a sweet li'l pension, etc.

WrathfulDwarf
Setting aside illegal narcotics and going back into time. I would suggest you don't invest or spend it. Save it! Open a bank account. Or you can become a collector. Whatever you chose...coins, sports cards, comic book, etc...it may not be paper money but overtime it becomes a profit. Of course as long as you do some good research on your collectible items.
