You can say words like "Jobbie" and no-one has a clue what you mean. Even though "Jobbie" is the best word in the world.

Shouldn't that sentence be:

"You can say any word and no-one has a clue what you mean."

amity75
Any word like "Hawbawbagwhitshapninlikeman?" That can usually be found on Sauchiehall street on a Friday/Saturday night.

Right on the corner of Times Square.

I fell in love with the city, to be honest. I think it was absolutely enchanting. I just never got to meet anyone really. I have a few people I know from the net but they were away from the city in college and stuff.

So yeah, can't say my experience with New Yorkers is one of great depth.

LoL It's always interesting to hear someone's opinion of the city you grew up from. To see if they as well view it the same.

That's what I find interesting about London. I love London (well, certain areas) because I've grown to love it, not out of obligation. I just wonder how someone completely foreign would view London and it's pluses as well as flaws. Especially since its most obvious flaws are painfully obvious even to those who live here.

I spent a day in New York last year (September 11th actually) and it totally blew me away. I'd love to live there. Easily one of the best cities on Earth.
