Tifa do more extreme fight compared to Kazumi.
And about the who's the sexiest part, I have to go with Tifa, I wouldnt like to have a girlfriend who have the same "Im a stupid blonde" look all over her face like Kazumi.

..........matter of fact make that 3 ultima weapons, they even sound like a girls accessories, diamond, ruby and emerald.

Man let's see hear, kasumi beat raidou a shinobi that can copy all oyur moves, fights mugen tenshin ninja's everday and beat ayane. Idunno what tifa can do so I give it to kasumi.
