I thought that was explained in The Phantom Menace when we saw young Anakin with the same coloured hair as Luke. I had bright blonde hair when I was a youngling, and now it's the same colour as Anakin's in Sith. Sometimes blondes get darker as they age, sometimes they don't.

2) Anakin is gone from Padme' but returns to Courasant to be Knighted (Sex Party lol)
