I'm betting it's been said before, but in a no-bars match in the city, Daredevil with full equipment,(billy club etc.) Dr Midnite with full equipment (smoke bombs etc.)...

Who would win?

According to Last Man Standing Dr. Midnight throws everything he has and takes off but it doesnt kill DareDevil.
