1) Carnage
2) Spider-Man
3) Banner Hulk
4) Thing
5) Absorbing Man
6) Mordo
7) Kyle Rayner
8) Sentinel Alan Scott

i dont believe so, as i think its happened more than once

i still think spidey kills iron man

ill be careful though, spiderman would be my fav, might be hard to admit he'd lose....

It must have been PIS. Ironman is smarter, quicker, stronger, and has blasters. Spidey's only help is his spidey-sense.

spidey is WAY more agile than ironman, and i wouldnt count out his smarts or fighting ability.

Without any PIS/CIS Iron Man would kill Spidey 9.9 times out of 10. Either Absorbing Man or Mordo stops him.

If absorbing man were smart (ergo no CIS), he'd have the power to beat him, i'd say.
