Tools > Options (or Internet Options).

In Firefox it's under the Privacy tab, in IE I think it's on the first screen.

yeah that. So when i go to tools and internet options it should say that word and I should click clear ? or is it a hidden word ?

In IE it's "Clear Temp Files" or something like that.
