Its 5 o'clock am and I have to be up at like 7 am

Don't sleep, you'll just make yourself more tired.

Do your homework now. Then go to work, come home, then go to sleep.

I did that once, I had a dentist appointment at 8, went to sleep at 5:30....not very good...
