"Killability" means that one must be able to take no more damage than Thing. This mostly applies to the transferring of one's consciousness, like Iceman, Hydroman, or Sandman. These characters have much less durable bodies than Thing, but will not be killed if their bodies are destroyed, and are therefore much harder to kil than Ben. That is bad, they are banned. Killability does NOT apply to "immortals" like Deadpool or Deathstroke, since they can be disabled for fairly long pieces of time.

No, he isn't. Because in his own body, he can only survive going as fast as Mach 10. His true potential is light speed. Mimic, having the more durable Colossus body, could reach full flight speed potential.

Hey, if no one goes near Cloak, he can't pull them into the darkness dimension either. If no one touches Nightcrawler, he can't port off their head or stick them in a tree. I realize that it wouldn't be perfect, but I'd say it's basically the same as any other OHKO move, and therefore banned...

then the bios are wrong, it's basically common knowlege that northstar can go 99.9% the speed of light, but his body can only handle mach 10, so unless the bios are stating that his BODY can only handle mach 10, instead of his top speed IS mach 10, then they are wrong. imo, northstar should be banned, because if you had a force-field generator, then northstar could go top speed. but once again, none of it matters because i'm not using northstar with mimic.

He can't just randomly get any mutant powers that you want him to have. It has to be either A: Something he normally has all the time, or B: Something from another one of your team members. Or the other guy's team members, though they all need to be mutants and such. (I don't think he's able to copy non-mutants, though the Exiles one may be different...)

That one says he can duplicate ANY powers. Superman anyone? If Northstar is banned because he could POTENTIALLY be above the speed limit, no way should a guy who can mimic friggin SUPERMAN be allowed.

it doesnt say if there a million miles away he can still do it....there no limits, but be reasonable, he could have the same power as the freakin flash, but only if he was around.....no limits to the amount of power he can contain, but there are limtis to the distance between him and the original carrier

No way. YOUR BIO says nothing about distance limitations.

no bio says almost anything on him, cuz he is obscure.....but their are distance limitations....

No way am I just taking your word for it. Anyways, even if he does have distance limits, he shouldn't be allowed for the same reason someone said Mimic shouldn't be (even though they were mistaken).It's be like having more than four characters on your team.

but mimic IS allowed...and look at my first bio, even tho is post crisis, the did keep some of the same elements, it does say distance limitations....

well wiki is very, very wrong sometimes. it said that dazzler was an omega mutant, along with magneto and xavier and storm. and the bio did say that he had no limit with distance or anything. he is too undefined at this point

Mimic has a limit on numbers, AND he can only mimic at half power levels.

but the difference between mimic and your character is that mimic has a certain distance at which he can copy, he only gets them at half power, and he can only copy five at a time.

and? none of the people I would be able to mimic would be above the caps in the tourny.....he has no permanent powers that I know of

Anyone know where Dizzle is?? This was Evangel's problem, too. I don't expect you to devote your entire life, to watching a tourney thread, but we've been arguing fora page and a half and gotten no word from the person actually running the thing.

so your saying that superman isn't above the caps fo the tourney? even if he did have a distance restriction, he's like amazo, which is definitley above the limit

wiki is very wrong LOTS of times :P (with comics it has a better batting average, than say with conspiract theories, but i digress)

id almost be willing to say that he is too ambiguous, but im more in favor of us coming up with a mimic design that is satisfactory to all based on whats in the bios

can mimic mutant abilities at 50% if is within 10 feet of a hero
