I didn't really "meet" Ben Affleck..he was just in the press conference I went to yesterday for Razzie.

What happened was that Killermovies was invited to the press conference and there was nobody else here to cover it..so they put my name on the list.

I was confused about where to go when I first go to the hotel where they were holding the conference and shooting some scenes. I saw the production area and thought that I was supposed to be in there so I walked right on in past the security guards and took a look around...

I really don't much see the point of trying to talk to someone famous if you see them, myself.

Especially if it's a famous person you like and admire. Cause if your encounter doesn't go the way you would have liked, your whole little universe that you created around this person would shatter!

A friend of Tom's who works in Maryland, outside of Bel Air was in a restaurant having lunch and saw Colin Powell at another table eating his lunch with a bunch of MIB. He didn't talk to him...guess that doesn't count.

My brother met Terry Bradshaw (ex-Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback for those who don't know) at the Football Hall of Fame a couple years ago. He said he was really cool - talked to him for like 5 minutes.

Orpheus - that would be totally cool - but I can't imagine what I'd ask George first. I mean, we would have lists of bizillions of questions....we'd have to take notes. It would almost be like going to class.

My brother got to ride on the New York Ranger Bus when he went ot go see them in Dallas. Pretty much the only reason he got to do that was because he was the "hockey boy from Mississippi". He also got to meet Hootie and the Blowfish and Cowboy Mouth when they came to Jackson for Jubilee Jam which is an annual thing where bands come to play.
