I would say that Terminator. He is almost invulnerable, and he got the best weaponry.

Not asked, but I think that Alien and Predator would be killed first. Theyre good too, but just flesh and bones. They wouldnīt have a chance against machines. Robocop isnīt actually machine, but well shielded, as I know...

Ahnold's pretty hard to argue with but my votes on predator.
