does Access's universe shaking, reality warping, powers affect those who are from multiverses beyond the 2 he's monitering?

what are your thoughts?
(oh and this is not god-spawn if that makes any difference to anyone)

I have read Access' stories and he really doesn't have that many powers to display...besides keeping the two universes in check.

Still have yet to read Unlimited Access, so I don't know if he does anything miraculous in that one, but in the other ones, he was just there, and that was it.

well he has the power to transport him self and others anywhere the dc and marvel multi-verses, he "amalgamate" and "de-amalgamate" any two people, in unlimited access we learn he can time travel. so technically he can transport someone to the center of a volcano and transport himself to saftey if he had to. but im asking if you think any of this would affect characters outside access's universes

what comics does he come out in?

Access's powers are limited to his native universe !!! He cant use it in Vertigo !!!

well their not limited to his native univers. his native univers is marvel and we know very well that he's just as powerful in dc, it wouldnt make sence otherwise
