Someone is getting their power back after losing it in the Decimation event.

that's not really a who then, is it? quicksilver's been a major player in recent plots over the last year's time, most of which had him powered. and, by the way, these new powers are bullshit.

Thats a bit strong. I think we should wait until Quicksilver gets another dose of the terri mist before we say for sure how his powers will ultimatly be. (this new power seems pretty dull though) lets wait and see what the writers have in store then if this is the big change then sure we can say its bull$h!t

vibrating through time is a DC universe phenomenon. the fact that it even made an appearance is bullshit, particularly in a poorly-written book about one of the best-written characters in mutant history.
