both have weird extra dimensional abilities that are a part of their physical form, and some differing additional abilities (cloaks daggers, abyss' tendrils).

on a side note does anyone have any cool pictures of abyss?

I think Cloak would win.... he can teleport as well so he can always stay out of Abyss' reach.... and if he teleports by travelling through a separate dimension (as i think he does) then he may very well be capable of escaping Abyss' dimension thingy

who is abyss and what can he do?

Cloak doesn't have daggers, thats Dagger. Cloak can teleport.
They can both suck ppl into their voids/other dimensions and feed on their fear/psychic trauma or something. Abyss have tendrils too yes, and in AoA some psychic misery emission.
I really don't know who'd win. confused It's a toughie. yes
