In what time plays Harry Potter?

I was wondering... in the books I always thought Harry Potter was living in our 20th century time... but when I look at the movies I think they're living in the 60's or something, cause every where are old cars (in London) and old music stuff.. but, in the book Dudley had pc games and stuff...

so I don't get it anymore, do you?
