Cyborg probably. Both are low-level Class 100's, and Cybrog's more versatile.

Can he overload She-Hulk's healing factor?

Dunno. But She-Hulk seems to have some durability issues that don't plague her green-skinned male counterpart. Seems like she's being kncoked around (and knocked out) more often than most high-level brawler types.

And I have quite a bit more respect for Cyborg since he recently took out Dr. Light by himself, when the rest of the Titans (and Superboy in particular) got owned trying to do the same thing.
