Superboy as an adult.

I might catch some heat, but I'd say he loses to Gladiatior. Tactile TK is all well and good, but if he's a threat to the Empire and Kallark is on his game, SuperBoy loses.

Badly.

It's full blown TK though. His shield took blows from Captain Marvel without a problem and with all the other uses of TK it's hard to see many people giving him trouble.

ok...is he that strong? any feats..

he recently took attack from superboy prime who is mad pre-crisis level(planetbuster/mover). Dunno if that might be PIS though, but if it's not and it's admissable, he is damn durable and might take many people here

Otherwise i'd say he stops at savage or maestro depending on how he treats the fight and how long he'd prolong it. If not then, i'd say he's stop cold at his tracks when he faces Gladiator
