Let's say Bruce Banner works on an experiment. And he combines his DNA with Northstar's DNA and they get a Mindless Hulk wtih Northstar's speed. Who prevails?

The kryptonian was said to be second only to galactus, which I assume means as strong or stronger than tyrant.

It would be a better match if you put Superman vs Hulk+NS Speed. Kryptonian is too powerful.
