This Thread reminds me of the Smiths Song Rubber Ring..but just slightly.

Well anyways, although I am usually not depressed I guess when I ever was in a depressed mood I'd listen to David Grey's "This Years Love" ...well then again i also listen to that when I am happy. I don't make that much of a difference I think at least not between moods.

Sir Whirlysplat

Yes I do and it's a little tongue in cheek - Morrissey admitted this in an interview I saw way back in the late eighties Bardock.

Read it mate

Girlfriend in a coma, I know
I know - it’s serious
Girlfriend in a coma, I know
I know - it’s really serious

There were times when I could
Have murdered her
(but you know, I would hate
Anything to happen to her)

No, I don’t want to see her

Do you really think
She’ll pull through ?
Do you really think
She’ll pull through ?
Do ...

Girlfriend in a coma, I know
I know - it’s serious
My, my, my, my, my, my baby, goodbye

There were times when I could
Have strangled her
(but you know, I would hate
Anything to happen to her)
Would you please
Let me see her !

It's all humour

There were times when I could
Have strangled her
(but you know, I would hate
Anything to happen to her)
Would you please
Let me see her !

It's ironic in the sense that it's clearly not meant in the sense it seems to be.

I'm convinced that guy's variety doesn't extend beyond 5 bands.

Every single music post he makes has to do with either Big Country or The Kinks, it's depressing.
