Both have an hour prep. Who takes this?

I'm leaning towards loki , the guy could get a Mjolnir copy made during that hour and crush fate into dust.....

Fate is Nabu. Nabu is a Lord of Order. Nuff' said.

I'd say they're about equal.

loki aint on the level of the lords of order and chaos if he was he would probably have defeated thor by now. but fate isnt nabu thats what he himself said to the spectre you defeated fate not me i am nabu or whatever. But these are to tough magicians some say fate is on par with strange how does strange do against Loki?

Loki's generally seen as above (or at least equal to) Dr. Strange. Dr. Fate might be a "Lord of Order," but it doesn't mean he's taking Loki in a fight.

I said they're about equal because I can't see either one winning. If they fought, I assume they'd stalemate.

If they didn't stalemate, I'd probably give the edge to Fate, but he shouldn't have an overwhelming advantage.

Magic is innate to Loki...he takes this one.

What Fate?
If it's Nabu he wins easily.
