What? This is the second time I use that brush, and I used only like 4 different types of it. I didn't abuse it.

I'm just saying, Not to.

The border is a bit too fat, but that happened cause the border was too small for the sig, and I was too lazy to redo it, so I used freetransform to make it bigger. Lol.

It's kinda uneven

I dunno, personally I hate those kinda borders, I feel the border should be small and unobtrusive and not be a focus of the sig.

But that's just me.

Sure, any tips are welcome.

Brush using only black or white (depends on what the background color is), and use gradient, color, and color balance layers looks much better and you can get much smoother and more polished effects.

I've tried using them a few times, but to me, they become really distracting.

Thats not really a good way to judge. Your supposed to point the bullets such as

There is no set way to judge.

However isn't it more official? It shows and explains the points someone lost or someone won.

The judges can judge anyway they want. The only thing they HAVE to post is who the winner is.
