The force would give Vader the advantage, if they were to just run into each other. Given time Bats could beat anyone, he's held his own with the Justice League. Id also bet that Batman could figure out how to make a Lightsaber and use it quite effectively. Still there is the matter with the force........

if Bats had time, give him a couple decades and he'll be able to trash Yoda, let alone Darth V!

Sorry dude, this forum is for comics only. Technically Vader has some comics, but he's primarily viewed in other mediums (tv, movies, books, etc.). We also have a SW vs. forum for stuff like this.

If this were closer I'd move it there, but this is a curbstomp straight and simple...Bats doesn't stand a chance.
