Mixed messages...

i remember those days. I won the spelling bee a number of times also and made it to the top round a couple times.

What i'll never forget or forgive myself for is in 8th grade, our last spelling bee ever b/c we would be moving to highschool next year,and on my first word, i spelled something wrong b/c I left out a letter that was silent, i should have known and as soon as the teacher corrected it and sat me down, i was so dumbstruck, I believe i was the first person to be seated.

"Dumbstruck" is it's own past tense, you don't need to add an "ed" to it. You lose again.

Ouch. I'm in 8th too but this is the first time I've done it.

congrats ,this reminds me when i was in the 6th grade and we have a national exam to be put into our high skools and i got 9th in the country sadly now i'm stupid

A drawing I did in 6th grade art class is in a childrens museum in Japan. Suck on that Starbust.

I was one of the chefs at my high school Cafe. Completely run by students and we made gourmet foods.
