Two rounds to the battle, both counted apart of the other:

The first round will be fought on Rendili. Lightsabers alone, no Force powers.

The second round consists of a dogfight (using the Jedi Starfighters from ROTS for both) over Mygeeto.

Obi Takes the Saber fight no prob.

And I have no idea how good Koon is as a star pilot. So i cant say.

We know that Obi-Wan is a fairly good star-pilot, not so sure about Plo, though. Saber fight, Obi would beat him.

Plo Koon was shot down in a fighter in ROTS because of Order 66.

So? That shows nothing of his skills with a starship.

That's showing the lower end of his skills (or Jango's clones are rather good pilots)

Only an extremely good pilot could do that.

Obi-Wan. He'd thrash Koon in a duel, and would probably space-rape him in a dogfight, too, considering he kept his starfighter under control without a wing.

Kenobi would tool Koon with Lightsabers. With the dogfight it could go either way. Koon is said to be a really good pilot, but Obi is too.

In a duel: Obi-Wan
In a starfighter dogfight: Plo in a really close one

Close enough to make both die?

how do you know obi wan would win in a duel?

Now 1>2>3 arguments dont ever hold water and in this case because Dooku thrashed Obi-wan. However, the mere fact that Obi beat Anakin means that he would more then likely pWn Koon in a saber fight.

Obi Wan would WTFPWn Plo Koon in a lightsaber fight, he is afterall seen as the third most powerful member of the Jedi Council. He's a master of Soresu and he's not half bad with the force either. According to everybody that could know Plo Koon rates lower then Obi Wan, so in fact he's weaker then Obi Wan.

well um he was killed by his comrades who were right behind him and for all he knew they couldve been shooting something else and mistakenly hit him he had no way of knowing that was coming so you cant just say he was killed by some clones. its not like he knew he was actually fighting him it was a total surprise attack that nobody couldve evaded.

and also im pretty sure that dooku was toying with anakin to get him to be his apprentice, and perhaps underestimated him a little. if dooku got beaten by anakin, and beat obiwan, and obi wan beat anakin, that doesnt make sense. its a circle, like rock paper scissors

and actually koon could use lightning. and he was a master with lots more experience than obi wan

and btw it sounds really retarded when people say "WTFpwned" its really annoying you could just say something like "easily defeated"

2) No, Lucas clearly says in the DVD commentary that Anakin beats Dooku fair and square. And like I said, 1>2>3 arguments never work. They are not always logical. Just because 1 can beat 2 and 2 can beat 3 does not mean that 1 can beat 3. Styles of fighting make a huge difference and all 3 (Anakin, Dooku, and Obi-wan) use different styles, so it makes sense that Obi might not be able to handle Form II but can handle Form V. Different styles = different advantages/ disadvantages.

3) Obi is the 3rd "best" on the council. Experience means a lot, but look at Mace. Yoda has about 850 years more Experience then Mace and they are relatively equal. Hell, Anakin has only like 14 years Experience and he is better then almost all the council, raw force power means a lot.

4) Sure Koon can use lightning, but there's no way he can use it on the level of Dooku. And Obi in AOTC stopped Dooku's lightning effortlessly. ROTS Obi is far better then AOTC Obi. Lightning would make no difference.
