However people that make sigs rarely reply back in that thread. So I decided ask a sigmaker in his own thread, I've done it before and have received positive results. Also PR didn't specify whether or not he was taking requests, and seeing as how I liked his sigs I decided to ask. I geuss it was the wrong idea though.

i used an actual font, though i just checked and i don't seem to have it anymore... i'm sure there are Matrix fonts all over the net, though...

Ah..Text style .....go ahead...i got the idea from scarlet actually...a while ago he made a sig for a duel and i was very impressed, i always thought it was a great style....so knock yourself out...if you need any tips...or fonts...let me know...i will be glad to help

i may do that, though i was thinking of using the actual character logos, as i have lots of em from my wallpapers...

I would redo this one. It's too hard for me to read and understand. I think the JLA part should have nothing behind those letters so you can clearly see the three letters. The chick with the blue makes it kind of hard to see the second letters as well. Its a little hard to actually see the L. I also couldn't tell who the three guys on the right were for a minute.

Yeah I hope I didn't sound harsh or anything when I typed that. IDK much about PS, but if you could give an outline/border to the letters then that would make them easier to see. I would go with something like a gold.

Will probably do a Sinestro Corps one at some point. Wanted to do a Zamoran/Star Sapphire one with the new Fatality, but i can't seem to find the oath... i was sure i'd seen one, but meh...

Great sigs...Wow!.

Interesting outlines...it does look a little inconsistant (using overlay or sorft/hard light?)..but at least to me it does not hamper the sigs...i guess its a matter of taste

its actually a black rectangle placed over the image, converted to smart object, then made 50% transparent, with an inside stroke of 3px at 30%

the text is the uppermost layer, then the black rectangle, then the images...

if you mean the actual images, well, it was the pictures i used more than anything... atrocitus didn't have an aura in that pic, so giving him one (i did try) would only be messy. and yes, i did use different blending techniques for each, as i wanted them to retain some feeling of uniqueness, even though they shared a similar formula...

I love the outlines....my bad..i meant the borders(that surround the pic)....it looks like you used overlay or soft/hard light to border the pics....sorry.

for hal, i duplicated the layer. i used a larger green outer glow around the outline of the lower one. for the one above it, i did a small stroke of the yellowy colour, and a small outer glow of the same colour to soften it. i did an ever so slight inner glow in the same yellow colour. all those glows were normal, but over the ring i used the overlay or screen, i think, with both inner and outer glows...

atrocitus just needed the background removed, i didn't really have to do much bar removing the speech bubbles and rounding off any edges that had been obscured...

the blue lanterns were just standard inner and outer glows...

Naw, it isn't bright or anything. It is the brightest but I can still pay attention to the background once I lay eyes on it. Just my opinion.

Well you already know how I feel about these two. I'm telling you he contemplating whether or not he should speedblitz some mofo for trying his Kryptonian gangsta. Anyway I would go with the second one and move the S to the other corner next to his face since you already have a huge S taking up the middle to the left. I don't think the words fit the tone as well as it did the one with him flying. I know its weird how deep I look into things like this, but I have a huge imagination. The words fit better on the one where he is flying because to me I see him repeating that in his head while going to take care of some business, or fight DS while the world is at stake. Another idea I had is that you could probably do another one with the words and show him as Clark on one side and the other side showing the revealing the S gesture.

With Batman, you don't even have to say the name. You already know its coming when you see the batarang flying towards your face. That orange in the second one throws the entire sig off IMO. Actually that shade of gray kind of does it too.

Yeah those were small as hell a minute ago. I found the thing that I don't like about that batlogo.

For the sigs two above it sets off the entire dark theme. That gray and orange is the loud colors when the rest of it seems darker.

The second thing is that the mask/cowl has no mouth if you look closely.

On a side note where are the Cyclops sigs at? Its been a while since I saw them. I think the last time I saw it was like a month after I joined this online cult.

its the lack of decent cyclops art... i'm REALLY picky about what cyclops art i use, and i'm still waiting for a new, siggable piece of art... i've used the old stuff to death...
