Those are the themes. You can do it as anyone of the three. Basically, sadness.

Lost love is basically the sadness felt after losing someone you love. Sorry, my previous explaination was not very good.

No. You can make a signature under anyone of the following themes:
Lost love
Loneliness
Searching

The theme does not have to be love.

"Hunters of the Moon" is a great example of searching.

"Blue Moon" or "Forgotten Moon" combined with Render: Random blue is and example of loneliness.

+blending between foregoround and background is good.
+text is readable
-It looks like the girl is poping up out of nowhere. It may be a good idea to put the border over the render layer.

All in all:

mace=badass wins.

is the bg plain grey? i thjought id used a pattern then blended it, then used an fg fade to transparent gradient n the right hand side. meh, maybe it doesnt show.
