Not really. His powers have always been the same, he doesn't invent them when needed. A walking Plot Device is someone like Hawkeye with his anti-everything arrows or any green lantern or Iron-man with an anti-yada yada buster armor.

Here's an awesome two part episode from Justice League in which Superman is thought to have died and Lobo 'kindly volunteers' to take Superman's place. Lols were had, bastiches were owned. Lobo was able to easily shake off Wonder Woman, Flash and Hawk Girl at the same time and hilariously beat down Kalibak, who ko'd Wonder Woman earlier in the episode.

A few things to note from the above scans: a.) Lobo can easily endure massive amounts of heat. b.) Despite injuries sustained from one of Pulsar's blasts, Lobo was never so much as KO'd -- and he also healed from said injuries extremely fast. c.) Hopefully the folks of this thread will help me answer a Lobo question that I've had for years and have yet to have answered.

Back during Our Worlds at War it was shown that the magically de-aged Lobo regained the ability to create duplicates from his genetic material. My question is, did they ever reference this being taken from him again or has it just not been referenced at all since that specific instance?

But essentially every other Czarnian shown in Lobo's history other than his one daughter were shown to not possess a Healing Factor on par with Lobo. His old teacher comes to mind; he cut off her legs and she never grew them back.

I didn't see this here and felt that I should post. People tend to forget that Lobo has any form of super speed and tend to hand wave away the times he's shown it before because of the age of the feats.
