You can use whatever means necessary to change the paint job. It's not needed, but as I said it's bonus points.

Doesn't matter, first sig posted is how I've always judged them, and others do the same.

The ONLY time it is acceptable to repost something is if you upload the wrong file, and then it must be apparent that what you uploaded was different than what you intended to. The criteria are clearly stated. Check to make sure that everything is as it should be BEFORE uploading, because only the first sig posted will be judged.

I would have had a harder time debating them, but I liked your theme better. I wasn't sure why the car was underwater in Shinobi's.
