All the decades they published him, along with Red Sonja and King Kull. Their mythical age was incorporated into Marvel continuity. Conan had What If? meetings with Thor and Wolverine. Now, collections of the Roy Thomas/John Buscema years are being republished by Dark Horse, like it never happened. All of his decades in comics, Thomas' Conan work was his highest achievement. Why did it end at Marvel?

Joe Q.'s an idiot and chose not to renew their lease on the character after it got up. Now because of copyright and trademark issues they can't do anything with him.
