Who wins this technology battle? This always depends on what kind of equipment Iron Man is packing and how much power X is allowed to access.

For instance, if it is a standard, Tony Stark armor against X fresh from his capsule, Iron Man probably wins. If X is accessing greater amounts of his power (say along the lines of X5) against a "standard" Iron Man armor, X probably wins.

If you are measuring their most powerful forms against each other (Unknown X vs Hulkbuster armor equivalents) X probably takes it as his power levels, physical attributes, and reflexes are simply higher.
