Well considering that Ultimate strength is a lot more realistic than 616 Strength, Hulk pretty much takes this no problem.

Then again in the Crossover storyline in UFF, Ben did take down a Savage Hulk with ease.

So who knows.

Utlimate Hulk's strength is incalculable, like most of the other Hulks.

Savage Hulk loses. The extent of the Ultimate Thing's strength is still unknown.
