It's known as a figure of speech. I am one of the handful of people who requested an artwork forum (which was originally with anime, I then was one of the handful asking for them to be split), and then for sigs to get their own subforum. TOH should remember all that, as he was one of the ones looking for sigs to get their own forum, too.
