It's not hard really (I made it )

Add noise (60)> motion blur (choose the best angle), distance about 30 > ~25 % transparency layer
again same steps but use Noise (61) for frame 2 Noise (62) for frame 3 etc.

Sorry about not meeting the deadline....

I got out of school at 4, my Dad picked me up and took be to the library til 5. I couldn't go on their damn computers cause I didn't have a card. We picked my sister up at 5:30, from play practice, and Then my mom at 5:35 from her school. Because it's Dad's birthday, we went out for dinner and got to the restuarant at 6:45 ( didn't know we were going to to do that. ). Ate and left at 8:30. I just got home around nine and couldn't get on until now because my parents were hogging the Internet.

Ok, this duel is real close because the sigs are quite similar I will not put all the pros and cons but DW wins basically for 2 reasons:

1) His quote is better IMO
3) Shinobi, is hard to distinguish your name in the sig.

DW is the winner (by a hair)

Close. But nice, both of you. I like that more of the renders are showing in Shinobi's, but DW's flames and quote are cool. And you managed to get the flames in your initials....which somewhat boggles me (not quite sure how I'd do that) but it looks cool.
