Superman Prime is thrown into an infinitely large stadium along with the Destroyer Armour inhabited by Prof X (the armour gets stronger with the power of the mind within it). Who wins?

i could beat superman prime if i controlled the desrtoyer.. nah but seriouly Xavier would win this, his mind is stonger than odin, he'll take down supes prime while wathcing the X-men cartoon.
