The first battle, Makkari would be all over Spider-Man, the second time, it would be more even: there aren't many people SM can't catch with his web, and Makkari isn't strong enough to break free from it.

I agree Makkari wins, but definitely not always.

Makkari running at 5000 miles an hour plus the ability to lift 50tons come on there ain't nothing Spider-Man could do.

Makkari is the fastest being in marvel universe, only outclassed by abstract entities like LT, Infinites and the essentials who outclass evryone at everything. He has class50 strength and high level cosmic manipulation giving him energy bolts, flight, teleportation and life support. His flight is fast too. Spiderman loses before he knows they've started.
