Well the AT-AT would die... Seeing as it has nobody to pilot it...

Mutant rancor beats Krayt Dragon already done so I guess thats it.

the at-at is manned and this is a greater krayt dragon google it

A Leviathan would pwn both of the others.

The Mutant Rancor wins. The Greater Krayt dragon can't do much other then kill a Sarlaac.
