what proof do you have. Spectre could have taken out the anti-monitor why he didnt is unknown but its been shown in a spectre comic that he could have prevented it all meaning he could have prevented a multiversal level problem.

okay, first of all what universe does take place? abraxas cant be destroyed in the MU.

No, he stole the Ultimate Nullifier, which people THOUGHT could destroy him. It was when Galactus was re-birthed from Eternity that Abraxas was destroyed.

They actually had to re-create the universe, just so he wouldnt exist. Apart from that noone is beating Abraxas.

No...he was the one who actually enticed them into getting the nullifier.

spectre would trap him into a little snow globe though if he cant kill him or just send him somewere inexcapable.

He didn't prevent the Crisis due to choosing not to act. However, he defeated the Anti-Monitor and banished him and depowered him enough for heros to defeat him, and recreated the universe. Anti-Monitor had tied his essence to all the the pre-crisis heros and villains, save the mystics who were helping Spectre. Dr Fate specifically said for Spectre not to kill Anti-Monitor, because he would kill everyone there if he did. That's why it wasn't an insta-defeat.

It was a case of PIS/CIS in Emperor Joker, and once he was free, what happened? Oh yah, Spectre remade the universe.
Another bad example.

No Spectre threads allowed - it just dissolves into marvel v dc. Spectre beats evryone in dc and no-one has a definitive hierarchy of omnipotent characters. Spectre wins against everyone except brothers from amalgam and no-one knows or can claim to have any real argument beyond "i prefer marvel/dc" for whther he beats Beyonders, Infinites LT and so on.

Which is why we use feats and showings of power to guage the characters, same as any other, and Spectre's feats are tough to rival.

But cosmic characters who have never had any reason to use their full power and do not have their own comics like Spectre could be more powerful but there's no way of knowing. If there was a series focusing on true beyonders there would be some feats which could be meausred against Spetcre's - we'd presume that the writers would show them at their thresholds. Omniversal beings don't use full power in a series which just mentions them and focuses on vastly less powerful beings in one universe.
