Going by this description, Supes wins. She doesn't offer anything new that he hasn't faced.

Darkseid, Cyborg Supes, and the Eradicator all have these kind of abilities.

Nuketra's a he, he's between Darkseid and Galactus (destroyed a few galaxies) but not through out and out force - he disrupted a supernova.

You sure you didn't make this character up yourself?

I thought Nuketra was a she also. Names ending in -a tend to be feminine.
