who wins, and why?

i would say despero but nimrod beat classic juggernaut.
i dunno itl come down to a fist fight and its a 50/50 thing , but more in des's favor

Nimrod would eventually win.

Despero teleports him into another dimension.

Fine. He disengrates with his Third Eye. Think Omega Effect-lite...

can he really do that if so despero does win but if he can't disengrate all of him nimrod beats him.

Does disintegration destroy molecules , i just thought it riped molecules apart ?

i doubt he could, and even then Nimrod would re-form almost instantaneously.
