Thanos should win pretty easily. Adult Kon-El seemed pretty powerful, but not in the Silver Surfer's league.

Depends, if it's regular adult Kon-el, then Thanos w/ tech wins.
However, if it's Black Zero adult Kon-el, that's a different story.
He can match Thanos for tech, and is pretty formidable as well.
