as GL did quite a poor job with regards to detail in the final chapter of the prequel trilogy

do you think maybe there should be some sort of anime style series to fill in the blanks

one that was based around the PT would be an ideal(money spinner)way to dramatise the mace v sidious fight and anakins fall to the dark side

or do you think i am wrong and that GL has done enough

i just feel as though a lot of the questions in this forum need some answers

most importantly why include a character like jar jar in the first place

i think anime personally because i am a bit of an anime fan but to be honest anything would do i just feel that it is a poor way to end the saga

prequels are always a bad idea

its all very well releasing spin-off after spin-off but i think we would all benefit from more detail from the saga perticularly the PT. the mace windu v sidious lightsaber duel was really badly done i think an anime episode could really bring out the drama that the scene should have been

What are you talking about? Palpatine vs. Windu was one of the best duels, because it wasn't a spastic crazy flipping duel.

And anime would be a poor way to portray Star Wars.

again anime or not is a matter of taste

and what about anakins training between EP1 and EP2 and EP3 would it not be interesting to see the battles on the outer rim which is where they came from at the beginning of ROTS

there are too many blanks to list

but i do agree that the saber style in palps v mace was more original
and therefore took me back when i watched it but i think (as mentioned in another thread) that the way kit fisto, agen kolar and saesee tiin all get killed in seconds they are jedi masters for god sake

Still, anime isn't much of a Star Wars thing. It's better for other subjects, but not Star Wars.

Those aren't really blanks. Blanks are usually considered to be 'How the hell did so and so do this and that?!' and such in Star Wars. Those are just miscellaneous informative pieces that aren't needed in the movie.

You should try reading some EU things, such as Labyrinth of Evil and various other comics and books that show Anakin's training.

And Kit, Kolar, and Tiin were all owned by Sidious because he was better than them, simply put.

Clone Wars was very close to Anime, and I'll throw in my two cents... I HATED CLone Wars. I hated everything to do with the drawing, the voices, the story.

No, Anime wouldn't be a good portrayel at all.

Yep, Clone Wars was almost Anime; they just needed those big round goofy eyes and those rosy cheeks

n00b!!!!, do your reaserch before you post, there was an anime serise! and it was cartoon shorts 5 minute episodes ig goes from the start of the clone wars to ROTS so ye need to use a fansy thing called google.clicky

1. Star Wars + anime = WRONG!

2. The Clone Wars are all the filler you are going to get.

3. Every SW movie has blanks here and there, it's the way it is, live with it.

When will Star Wars fans quit trying to rewrite the saga to fit their needs and wants? It's not yours to rework, accept it or not and move along.
