I have Apocalypse and think it is a fairly entertaining movie, I have never seen the 1st one though......

I liked the first movie a lot better, some of the editing in the second movie was awful and most of the action was really empty.

I thought "Resident Evil" was one of the best video game movies ever created. The sequel seemed kind of lazy, introducing too many characters that kind of spoiled the broth so to speak. Nemesis was a given, even though he was a like a brawnier, stupider version of "Bub" from "Dawn of the Dead", as was Alice (a given, that is), but besides that..Mike Epps character? This wasn't a movie that needed comic relief.

I like the first one better then the second. But, in my opinion, they were both horrible. I could stand the first while I couldn't stand the second at all.

I totally agree on all points there Cine.

After seeing the first, I'm in no hurry to see the second.

I prefer the 2nd one , more zombie action

You won't need a Magic 8-Ball to see that RE3 will be made, after all, the ending of RE:A left the door wide open for another sequel. RE was an okay flick, IMO, although it was far from perfect. RE:A was just plain horrible. I agree that Mike Epps was one of the major ruining factors of that movie.

They are making a 3rd one. IMDb site. The plot looks awful.

im not even gonna bother if they come out with another resident evil
