I remeber a thread like this, Im not going to look for the post, but I belive someone had a list of about 86 unbearably powerfull DC character's.
Superman was a chump at like number 80, and Supe's prime was about number 17. I belive DC has the largest number of uber powerfull character's.

I'd bet DC takes this in each catagory. I perfer marvel but....
