Best achieved by looking straight up and spinning around. Try to be so dizzy you can't even stand up. This is also entertaining due to the "makes boredom seem a lot better" effect (see "Hurt Yourself".

because i tried giving up kmc. It only worked for 5 mos. Now, I'm back in action as a senior member.

trust me its impossible it drove me crazy when i was locked up for three weeks i had to get to a computer even if it meant solitary
