even in the pouring ran, Namor still comes out short. IronMan is too much of a powerhouse and more versatile than Namor. The suit has too many weapons that can really hurt Namor

namor is fresh out of the water, ironman with his suit at max ready to go , fight to death , they fight near the ocean so to be fair namor can just jump into the ocean and return to the fight without getting dehydrated

If Tony fights smart, he's going to win handily. He's got too much at his disposal.

Besides, I doubt Namor would even be able to breakthrough his forcefields, considering they've withstood blasts from a SHIELD helicarrier.

I'd probably put him somewhere around 85-90. I could be wrong, though.

Nevertheless, strength isn't going to be a factor anyway. They're too close in that area.

Namor could absorb a lot of Tony's energy attacks coming towards him. I don't know how long he could keep that up, but he could still pull 4/10 imo. However, Stark would take the majority.

Iron Man wins.

He's beaten Namor even without the extremis virus.

As far as I know, Namor can only absorb and redirect electricity. Iron Man could blast Namor with heat or plasma blasts. Can Namor absorb those without any ill effects? Doubtful.

Yeah. One round. Wow. An entire fight is a whole different story. Iron Man has beaten Namor underwater with lesser armors and before extremis.

He'll do it again with extremis and with his current armor......

They fought plenty of times in the past, most of which were under water. Most of those actually ended in a victory for Iron Man.

I would have giving this a 50/50 but now Extremis tips the scale more in Iron Man's favor, and now I see Namor just pulling a lucky few.

as long as they weren't in 'deep-sea' conditions , tony's standard armor would function just fine.

They've fought like 15 times. Iron Man has the better track-record. Iron Man like 6 or 7 out of 10.

Pretty sure Namor has more wins against IM.

Before the Extremis age, I would give the nod to Namor more times than not (assuming Tony was wearing his standard armor.) But after the Extremis upgrade (up to current times) Tony'd win handily, imo.

Extremis evens the fight out.

Still don't know what current armor does. besides live in his bones.

While its heavily dependant in the scenario -IM has near to no chance on the sea-, I'd still give Namor the majority unless Stark has something explicitly built to dry Namor.
