Metamorpho gets 1 hour prep and can start the fight in whatever form he wishes.

Hmmm...Metamorpho would be a beast written to potential. Such diversity would be awesome in the hands of a good intellect. I'd go with him because of that, but don't have a clear plan how either one would definitely win. Probably a non-fight or draw most often.

Zoom...rather easily. He freezes time before beating the crap out of Metamorpho.

metamorpho would have to out think zoom to win.

Zoom can't freeze time, only speed up his own timeline. And he can't phase through things or steal speed. What if Metamorpho starts the fight in the form of a completely colourless gas that Zoom can't see or smell?

Zoom would bombard him with multiple sonic booms before he can react.

Ohhhh , so he speeds up time around him so he appears to be moving at superspeed.

It also doesn't explain why he can travel so far considering he just manipulates his own displacement at time.
