Griffin is near Hulk strength range.
What happens when he gets near Wolverine.

Griffin wins.

Griffin is a flying, class 100, super fast, feral "thing".

Another fav of mine that doesn't get used to his potential.

It is like having Wolverine fight the Hulk, if the Hulk also had wings and claws.

Griffen wins. Being a 100 ton level character with enhanced speed and agility all he really has to do is pin wolverine's arms down in a pool of water. Wolverine wouldn't have the strength to break free and he would drown. That or punt Wolverine into the next state.

Like I said, this thing is faster, stronger and and just as feral as Woly.
It also has claws and fangs, of course.
Only, it can also fly and is as strong as the Hulk.

So, Woly is NOT going to just walk up and cut off his head.

That would be a cool fight.

Griffin was somewhat a match for Namor. Until Namor went into water. Later Namor tamed Griffin and used it as a steed. Funny story.
