Toxin and Spider-Man vs Cable and Deadpool!

Yeah I think I'm gonna have to go with the Spider-duo too, Spidey has class 10 strength and Toxin is what, 60-80 or something? Deadpool might be able to reform himself with his healing factor but they'll turn him into a puddle and I think thats a TKO.
