I have actually been like this lately...

I have trouble sleeping and once when I fall asleep...I am out cold

I sleep like the dead, an apartment downstairs from my own was on fire, and I didn't even hear the fire trucks ot the fireman nocking down my door, too see if i was home.

I slept through a tarp ripping of my roof while we were having renovations done. i sleep like a log.🙂 and nothing will wake me except a cat jumping on my head.

This thread applies to me so much that it's not even funny. My mom had two alarm clocks set for me and I slept through them. And they were loud.

You can tell I've slept hard when the folds in the covers and mattress are imprinted in my FACE. 😑

me, it depends how many pills I take frankly. I dont use a sleeping aid oftenbut sometimes I give in. It takes me ages to fall asleep or so it seems. I lay there and stare at the ceiling or wall. I dont sleep in one spot either....Im all over the bed.

not to mention after I fall asleep it doesnt matter when or how late...I wake about 6am without the alarm clock.

I sleep lightly. I guess it's normal. I wake up if people are arguing. Music won't wake me up. I jump up as soon as the alarm goes off and I'm up all day.
But that doesn't make me well-rested. disgust

I go to bed at midnight and get up at 7:30 AM, people, and I feel great. 😆 🤨
